Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Greet guests with a smiling face and inquire about their health, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Offer the menu according to the guest’s dietary requirements and preferences, providing information on available options.
  • Serve beverages and water to guests per their requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Confirm orders to avoid errors and ensure accuracy, maintaining communication with the kitchen.
  • Ensure the quality and quantity of orders before serving, checking the presentation and correctness of the items.
  • Clear the table of any leftovers once guests have finished their meals, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Assist with billing by clearing the cheque with the cashier and updating the supervisor accordingly.
  • Upsell products to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist the kitchen team based on a free schedule and help set up buffets for meetings or functions.
  • Prepare daily fruit baskets as per orders and ensure the daily refilling of vending machines.
  • Comply with all health regulations and principles of safe food handling, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
