Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Managing employee lifecycle processes – Overseeing the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring that each stage is handled efficiently and complies with company policies.
  • Coordinating with People & Culture (P&C) functions – Collaborating with HR and P&C teams to implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Contributing to reward programs – Assisting in designing and managing employee reward and recognition programs to foster motivation and drive performance across the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws—Ensuring all HR practices align with the UAE’s legal requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Handling employee relations matters – Providing support for resolving employee issues and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • I am supporting P&C reporting and analytics – Assisting in generating HR reports, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams – Working closely with various departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to support organizational goals and HR initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management) or a related field or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including a role as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in a global, matrix environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with experience using advanced HR software for analytics and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, labour laws, and HR best practices, particularly in the UAE market.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (both verbal and written) to effectively communicate with employees and management in a diverse environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building solid relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns and improving HR processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to various work environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
