Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Ensuring compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards – Adhere to strict standards in cleanliness and sanitation across all areas of responsibility, including rooms, public places, and restrooms.
- Managing housekeeping tasks—I oversee daily cleaning tasks, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in the lobby, health club, offices, and restrooms.
- Maintaining equipment and supplies—Manage cleaning tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and that adequate supplies are available at all times.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments – Work closely with other hotel or facility staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Housekeeping staff must manage tasks with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with other team members to maintain high standards.
- Good physical stamina and fitness – The role involves walking, repetitive movements, and long periods of standing, so physical endurance is essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and chemicals – A strong understanding of housekeeping tools, cleaning machinery, and chemicals, as well as the proper procedures for their safe and effective use.
