Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Pick up and deliver food orders from restaurants to customers promptly, ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
- Navigate and plan efficient routes using GPS or local knowledge to ensure quick and safe deliveries in Al-Ayn.
- Verify orders before delivery to ensure all items are correct and accounted for.
- Operate the delivery motorbike and light vehicle in compliance with UAE road safety regulations, ensuring a safe and reliable delivery experience.
- Provide friendly and professional customer interactions during delivery, positively representing the company.
- Collect payments from customers, handling cash or card payments as required.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any mechanical issues.
- Communicate delivery-related issues to the management team, ensuring timely resolution of any concerns.
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in the Food Delivery Driver role at Al Dallah Al Shameyah, candidates will need the following skills and qualifications:
- A valid UAE Motorbike and Light Vehicle License is a must.
