Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

  1. Ensuring Compliance – Adhere to company policies and regulations, effectively managing relevant master data and coordinating return processes with the International Customer Service team.
  2. Managing Order Processes – Receive, prepare, and accurately record order information, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
  3. Overseeing Customer Service Operations – Monitor and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfilment and following up on all open orders until resolution.
  4. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with marketing, operations, and demand control to interpret policy, ensure product Availability, and maintain effective communication across departments.

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, order management, logistics, supply chain, or customer service within industries such as pharma, medical devices, biotechnology, or the chemical sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Windows Office software, especially Excel, and experience with SAP for adequate order management.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Arabic, and French, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical and Coordination Abilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate efficiently across various departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Communication Skills: High-level communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional interactions.
